This Friday September 25 at 8pm EST<\/strong> on KWEST Radio<\/strong>, Jamaican born Christian Reggae Artiste Nicholas Eccleston<\/strong>, more popularly known as DJ Nicholas<\/strong> will be our special guest on KWEST Radio<\/strong> with Karlos Cobham\u2019s thoughtful FRIDAYS.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nicholas has grown to become one of the leading Caribbean Gospel artiste<\/strong>. He was born on October 29, 1980 in Kingston; however, in his teenage years searching for truth, he became a marijuana smoker, very rebellious and immersed in the Rastafarian Religion. His life was shortly after changed by a scripture from Acts 4:12<\/strong>. He is now a passionate follower of Jesus Christ.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nicholas has performed on BET Celebration of Gospel 2016<\/strong> with Deitrick Haddon<\/strong> and has been interviewed on TBN Salsa In the Mix<\/strong>. He has performed in the UK, Canada and over 25 countries in the Caribbean region<\/strong> and continues to regularly visit them. He has shared stages with some of the most established names in the industry including TD Jakes, Shirley Caesar, Kirk Franklin, Donnie McClurkin and Tye Tribbett<\/strong> among others. He now resides in the USA.<\/p>\n

Nicholas is featured on several major projects including \u201cYour Great Name\u201d album by Todd Dulaney<\/strong>, \u201cMasterpiece\u201d album by Deitrick Haddon<\/strong>, \u201cOne Blood\u201d album by Papa San<\/strong> and most recently \u201cSecond Wind\u201d<\/strong> album by Anthony Brown and Group Therapy.<\/strong> Some of Nicholas\u2019 popular songs are Holy Ghost Gym, Holy Ghost Church, Things Already Better, Naa Bow, Divine Mathematics and Cut It Off<\/strong> to name a few. Some of his songs have reached over a million views on YouTube and Facebook.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s a multi award winning Caribbean artiste. His awards includes the YVA Awards Gospel Artiste Of The Year 2011 – 2013 consecutively in Kingston Jamaica, ‘The Atlanta Caribbean Gospel Awards 2012\u2019 for ‘Album Of The Year’,<\/strong> ‘Caribbean Artiste Of The Year’ at the ‘Holy Hip Hop Awards’ 2012<\/strong>, along with several Marlin Awards<\/strong> just to list a few. He has been interviewed on BBC Radio U.K. and Atlanta Live TV in the USA.<\/strong> Performed on most premier Caribbean Gospel events including Fun in the Son Jamaica, Barbados Gospel Fest, St. Vincent Gospel Fest, St. Lucia Jazz Fest<\/strong> and more.<\/p>\n

Nicholas has released four studio albums and is presently working on his fifth project. He is a director and one of the founders of an indie recording studio and booking agency called On The Shout Inc<\/strong>.; director of Bible Addict Apparel Christian clothing line and co-founder with Kevin Smith (founder) of ‘A Betta Tomorrow’ outreach. This outreach travels across Jamaica and has changed many lives to God\u2019s glory.<\/p>\n

He’s the husband of one wife Sandra Eccleston<\/strong> and father of two lovely kids Malachi and Naomi<\/strong>. He is a deacon at New Life Assembly of God<\/strong>, he now fellowships at Victory Place International in Sunrise Florida. Nicholas attended Broward College and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant by profession. This is the beginning; DJ Nicholas would love you to be a part of his ministry.<\/p>\n
