U.I.A.E. was created to propel creative industries internationally, develop partners in Barbados, the USA and the international marketplace, empower youth, men, women and families globally, decrease substance abuse and suicide rates particularly in men globally, decrease violence and establish identity and purpose among the public and finally to advance the economy through the establishment of job opportunities for creative practitioners (Artists, Staging Crew, Stage Managers, Lighting Crew, Sound Crew, Film Crew etc.) in Barbados, USA and globally.
